CBM holds an interest in Intervias, a highway concessionaire from São Paulo, which administers highways SP-330, 147, 191, 215, 352, and 157/340 in that State.

Operations began in February of 2000, with an investment forecast of R$ 1.021 billion over the 20-year term of the concession. By December 2003, investments had already added up to R$ 283 million out of a total of R$ 399 million forecast for the first five years of activity.

The Intervias System consists of a highway network of 371 km, over which some 67 thousand vehicles travel per day, on average. The network serves 19 municipalities, with 1.5 million inhabitants, i.e., some 4.28% of the entire population of São Paulo State.
